When will 1.14 comes to town?

Please give any suggestions of what and why you think about the coming 1.14 update.... We love to hear your voice in these area's.

I forgot to mention that when there is a stable Spigot version, we will carefully going to change to this version, so, no old shhhhhhh..... but keep on the new track!
