What flavor do you like the most? (eg. Spigot, Sponge, Bananas, PaperMC..?)

Hi all,

I have been struggling with MC for a few years now, and I must say that there is a good chance that we will keep Spigot website - SpigotMC in the race, however, PaperMC website - PaperMC is also a very good candidate.
There are several other flavors and I was wondering, do you have a favorite? or don't you care, as long as it works?

A lot of them server owners are working with host companies, and those are pricey, but also up to date for the most of the time, plus they have a huge internet connection network laying out for all those servers as long as you pay....

Struggling is not the right word, it is time consuming to keep everything and everyone satisfied, even if there are almost no players around to bash.
So, do you have a favy???
